The 1” Stainless Steel Ball Valve provides easy to use and easy to install full port flow for a large range of liquids. Equipped with female NPT connections on both ends, it can be easily incorporated into almost any plumbing system. For example, use a Hex Nipple for easy attachment to a Bulkhead Fitting, or a Hose Barb for a convenient transition to a hose. Because of their sturdy, 316 stainless steel construction, these ball valves are extremely chemical-resistant and won’t rust, meaning you have reliable liquid flow control in almost any environment.
What really sets these valves apart from the rest, however, is their locking mechanism. The capability of being locked in either the open or closed position to prevent tampering or accidental turn on/off makes these valves the ideal choice in crucial applications like well water supply or hazardous chemical storage. Please note, a padlock is not included with the valve.

**Stainless steel has excellent corrosion resistance due to a very thin oxide layer that covers the outside of the material. Because of this, metal to metal connections and especially stainless to stainless connections are particularly prone to galling or seizing. This is unlikely with our fittings as they are typically manually tightened, however, it remains a possibility. Be sure to use a sealant and/or lubricant appropriate for your application on all threaded connections. Contact us if you have questions!
